One submission per person or group (Solo, Duo or Groups are welcome).

Participants must be 18 years old or older, on the date of entry, to participate.

Videos must not be more than 2 minutes in length. The participant(s) must identify themselves at the beginning of the video. The identity of the performer must match the name on the entry form.

The talent selected on the entry form must remain consistent throughout the duration of the talent showcase.

Talents must not be professional performers.

No political or inflammatory material will be accepted. All submissions must contain family-oriented material and the participants in the video must be in appropriate attire both in the video and during any live performances. No celebrity photos, logos, or any images that violate any copyright laws will be allowed.

Alternates will be chosen in the event a participant(s) cannot attend the performance or is disqualified for any reason.

All participants who have been selected to move forward will be notified by email. Given the limited slots, not all may be chosen.

By sending a video, the participant(s) agrees to adhere to all the rules and guidelines set forth in this document.

All submissions received become the property of AVOSA. Participants grant permission to AVOSA to use any photographs, videos, and recordings from performances on any and all social media platforms.

All acts for the talent showcase will receive a certificate of recognition upon completion of their act.
